On July 30, 2018, after participating in a two-week training camp in the city of Yura (Wakayama Pref.), a group of young judokas aged 13-19 visited the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tokyo. Among the young athletes, there were medalists of the Polish Judo Championships in various age categories.

During the meeting with Ambassador Izydorczyk, the young judokas talked about their experience of judo trainings with their Japanese peers and about the new things they could learn through the participation in the camp. The stay, during which the young judokas also had the opportunity to visit facilities for the disabled and to see a wide range of tourist attractions in Japan, was organized by Judo 3.0 Association.

The youth group was accompanied by a coaching team headed by Paweł Nastula - the Olympic Champion (Atlanta 1996), twice World Champion and three-times European Champion.
